- Easy planner uses Java to produce the 2D and 3D graphics and you will need this installed on your computer. If you do not have a recent version of Java then you can get it from here.
- Currently Easy Planner 3D does not work in Opera or in Internet Explorer 7 or previous versions. If you are running one of these browsers and experiencing problems we recommend that you update to a more recent version of Internet Explorer or try an alternative browser.
- Easyplanner3D does not run on mobile devices because they currently do not support Java and/or OpenGL
- If the 3D view fails to load the hardware acceleration on your computer may be deactivated. This can usually be set in "Display Settings" or "Personalize" in "Control Panel".
